Facilities Executive - Bali Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and warehouse facilities in Bali.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repairs.
• Implement and monitor facility maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work with our IT team to ensure that our facility management software is utilized effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining building systems and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in using facility management software, such as SAP or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
