📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics and transport department, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics and transport operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics and transport performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and serviced, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company policies.
• Manage and supervise a team of drivers and warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders, to ensure that our supply chain operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all logistics and transport activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and transport management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of drivers and warehouse staff.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
