📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees, fostering a culture of engagement and performance excellence.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as talent management, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between HR and business units, addressing HR-related issues and concerns.
• Leverage fluency in Thai, Indonesian, and Vietnamese to create a seamless HR experience for our diverse workforce.
• Stay updated on industry trends and HR best practices, applying relevant knowledge to support the company's growth.
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies and policies that support the company's vision and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in People Business Partnering or similar roles.
• Proven track record of driving HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in Thai, Indonesian, and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a global or multinational company is a plus.
