• Craft and serve a wide variety of premium cocktails using high-quality ingredients and mixology techniques.
• Manage the bar efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and a well-stocked inventory.
• Interact with guests professionally and create memorable experiences through personalized service.
• Upsell and recommend signature drinks to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the bar’s financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to upsell and recommend drinks to increase sales.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and the ability to create a variety of cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse clientele.
