🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching English debate.
• Certification in debate coaching or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of debate techniques, strategies, and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
