• Oversee and optimize transportation and distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Lead and mentor transportation and distribution teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize SAP and JDE for inventory management, order tracking, and logistics planning.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in transportation and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
• Represent Benby Enterprises, Inc. at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation and distribution management, with a strong background in logistics operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing logistics operations.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
