📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Philippine tax regulations (BIR), including timely filing of tax returns and maintaining accurate tax records.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for compliance.
• Train and mentor junior accountants to ensure high standards of financial reporting and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax compliance, with a focus on Philippine tax regulations (BIR).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR solutions and related industries is a plus.
