As a Coffee Operations Trainer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that empower our team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work with our state-of-the-art equipment, including the La Marzocco Linea and Rocket Espresso Machines, and our Mahlkönig EK43 Grinder, to ensure every outlet operates at peak performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to baristas and managers, focusing on service excellence, operational procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure consistent quality across all outlets.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of baristas and managers to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure all training programs align with the company's standards and goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in coffee operations and service.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new and existing team members to ensure they meet the company's high standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer service initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure all outlets are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to maintain high standards of service and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee operations, training, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the La Marzocco Linea and Rocket Espresso Machines, and the Mahlkönig EK43 Grinder, is a plus.
• Certification in coffee brewing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
