In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving fraudulent activities, ensuring the security and integrity of our platform. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Investigate and resolve fraudulent activities on the Stripe platform.,Analyze transaction data to identify patterns and trends related to fraud.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fraud prevention measures.,Provide recommendations for improving our fraud detection systems.,Maintain and update documentation related to fraud investigations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest fraud trends and regulatory requirements.,Conduct training sessions for other team members on fraud prevention.,Assist in the development and implementation of new fraud detection tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.,Experience in fraud investigation or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.,Familiarity with fraud detection systems and technologies.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
