📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of the employees.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives are well-received and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and development.
