📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.,Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure team success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service offerings.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
