Ascendion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant/Reconciliations Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data for reporting purposes.,Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and implement necessary changes.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and staff on accounting principles and practices.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the financial planning process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior reconciliation role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience working in a multinational or international company is a plus.
