Prime Camp Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee leave and attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
