📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel within Bali as needed.
