As a Lead Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees on various topics and skills.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment techniques, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant HR software.
