📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Supervise and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workspace is maintained in a safe and clean condition.Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner.Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.Provide regular reports to management on the status of operations and any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the logistics or warehouse industry.Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams.Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
