📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Manage and grow our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to attract and retain followers.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.,Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists to ensure consistent and high-quality content delivery.,Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media channels.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficient in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Creative thinker with a passion for digital media and a keen eye for design and visual appeal.
