PT Cendrawasih Tambang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management and a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Monitor food quality and safety, and take corrective actions when necessary.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure the restaurant meets its financial and operational goals.,Represent the restaurant at culinary events and industry functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).,Certifications in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) are a plus.
