This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's values, culture, and job market trends.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers to improve their hiring processes.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
