Central Up Corporindo is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with managers to ensure smooth HR operations and support business goals.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with data analysis and report preparation.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
