📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and employee performance.,Promote a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with team management and leadership.,Knowledge of customer service standards and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
