NOKIA Lestari is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Palembang. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit programs.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
