📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's financial records and transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
