We are looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team at Agung Hendra Bakso in Denpasar, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the financial management of our bakso business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, and be able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports for management review.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
