📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, and other social media advertising campaigns.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions and increase sales through digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.
• Monitor and manage our online reputation, responding to customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales promotions and discounts to boost sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
