📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successful team management.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
