📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing site operations and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitoring and maintaining site safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinating with project teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Inspecting and maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports and other documentation.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
  • Ensuring the quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
  • Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise on the site.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and engineering principles.
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in project management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
