📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with the Recruitment Specialist to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Support the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the compilation and analysis of recruitment metrics.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings with candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
