Providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Processing guest payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and guest information.Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and billing.Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.Following all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and guest services.Promoting and upholding the company's values and standards of professionalism.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.🛠️ Keahlian
