CV Cendana Mitra Indonesia is seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team in Ubud, Bali. We are looking for someone who can create a memorable dining experience for our guests with their exceptional bartending skills and friendly service.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our guests. You will also need to ensure that our bar is well-stocked and that all equipment is in good working order.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to guests.
  • Ensure that the bar is well-stocked and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Recommend and suggest new drinks and cocktails to the menu.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the bartending industry.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and the ability to create unique and delicious cocktails.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Familiarity with bar equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
