📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main tutors in planning and delivering lesson plans.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions.,Prepare and grade assignments and exams.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of tutoring experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Creative and innovative teaching methods.,Commitment to student success and growth.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent is a plus.
