📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive store growth.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
