Hotel Kirana Bakso is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Staff Accounting to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and supporting the accounting processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements and accounts.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments.,Provide administrative support to the accounting department.,Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
