📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.,Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical documentation.,Assist in preparing and maintaining the nursing unit, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean and organized environment.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.,Assist in patient education and provide information about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.
