📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to prevent and detect any potential security threats.,Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintain and update security records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Train and supervise junior security personnel to ensure they are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the facility.,Monitor and control access to the facility to prevent unauthorized entry.,Ensure that all security equipment and systems are in good working condition and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Proven track record of ensuring the safety and security of premises.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Knowledge of security regulations and laws.,Familiarity with security equipment and systems.,Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
