Your daily responsibilities will include conducting employee surveys, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with HR and other departments to implement improvement programs.

- Develop and execute intellectual capital strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results
- Lead talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Implement knowledge management systems using tools like SharePoint and Confluence
- Collaborate with HR to design and deliver training programs
- Monitor and report on intellectual capital metrics and KPIs
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in intellectual capital management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in intellectual capital management or HR leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing intellectual capital strategies
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Certification in intellectual capital management or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in English for international collaboration
- Understanding of the banking and financial services industry is a plus
