📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement cultural policies and programs to preserve and promote Bangka Belitung’s heritage.
• Lead a team of cultural officers and specialists to execute projects and initiatives.
• Organize and manage cultural events, festivals, and exhibitions that highlight local traditions and arts.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to foster cultural development.
• Monitor and evaluate cultural projects to ensure they meet objectives and contribute to regional growth.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international cultural forums.
• Leverage digital platforms to showcase Bangka Belitung’s cultural heritage and support local artists.
• Ensure compliance with cultural regulations and policies at both the provincial and national levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies, Anthropology, History, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cultural management, policy development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in leading cultural projects and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cultural regulations and policies in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Experience with cultural event planning and management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners.
