📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform accurate cost accounting and inventory management using SAP and Excel
- Monitor and maintain accurate cost records and inventory levels
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning
- Participate in costing and inventory audits as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory management
- Proficient in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards
- Certification in cost accounting or inventory management is a plus
